Thanks for the tag @emyn-arnens !! All of your WIP titles/descriptions were amazing!!

THE RULES: Make a poll with the titles of all your current WIPs. For whichever one wins, write 300 words and share a snippet if you want.

[Caveats: I tend not to have many things going at once so some of these are still more concept than actual WIP! I write titles last, so they’re all just described. And obviously I’m staying true to myself in having very niche interests, which currently means lots of Háma because he’s my one true king plus bonus Northmen/proto-Rohirrim perspective on the Gondorian kinstrife because I’ve been back in the appendices!]

I’ve seen LOTS of people post their own polls in the last week or so and I’m afraid I’ve lost track of who has already participated and who hasn’t. (Why do I care about this? It absolutely never bothers me when someone tags me in something I’ve already done, so I don’t know why I’d assume it bothers others!) Something feels odd when going through grief. You ain't gonna be the person you were before so you have to find the you you are now.

So let me re-introduce myself...

Hey, I'm Jamie, a tall, 33 year old trans masc person. I like to read and occasionally I'll write fic or even original stuff. I have 4 cats and an older sister. I'm Pansexual and also identify as Nonbinary.

I can be sad and quiet sometimes but the majority of the time I'm a bright and bubbly person. I wear my feelings on my sleeve. If I see something that reminds me off you oh you will get an excited message declaring how I saw this and instantly thought of you.

One day I want to be finally able to start T but I know I got a lot of things to work on before I think I'd be ready. The same can be said for wanting top surgery one day.

But right now I'm happy being me.

I need to say this because telling people IRL always gets me strange look and I know this site is full of weirdos like me so I'm not scared to say it

I tick and twitch

No I do not have turrets

I do vocal stims and physical stims

No I am not trying to get attention

I fidget and chew on things like jewellery

No I am not childish and infantile

I have voices in my head that aren't my own

No I am not a psychopath

I am different people depending on a variety of situations

No I do not have DID

I am a unique creation of all sorts of quirks and randomness and I like who I am. I am not hurting anyone. I am not in anyone's way.

I am human (mostly) just like everyone else

Am I weird? Hell yes

But that does not mean I am a target for your hate and that does not mean there is anything wrong with me.

And there isn't anything wrong with you if you are the same or similar to me.
